1. We use either UPS or USPS to ship your order. Orders over 2lbs ship UPS and orders under ship USPS. Your shipping charges are based on the value of your order so you always know what your shipping expenses are. We do not charge a drop ship fee. See below for our current shipping rates:

* Returns and Replacements

           Items may only be returned if product is defective upon arrival. Do to the nature of the products that are being sold we will not accept returns for items that are not defective. Please do not attempt to return without contacting SexToyDistributing.com first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if found to be non-defective. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.
